when i create new user in connect and give a flag ( web phone) when the user reload the page not allowed to use the system . it's show wight page
any recommendation

There is no file here: https://team.safasoft.com/connect/static/src/lib/twilio.min.js
Please check that you copied all files properly!
Because the required file is present in the package: https://github.com/oduist/connect_addons/blob/18.0/connect/static/src/lib/twilio.min.js
Let me know please the result.
every file is in the bath like you send the same issue
