Hello! I have set the extension number. This happens when I add 00 in front of the international long-distance call and it cannot be dialed. It is available when the prefix + is set instead of 00 in the phone!But in this case, the extension number cannot be dialed!
What is the model of your phone?
Twilio accepts calls only in E.164 format, so all number manipulation must be done on client device.
May be your device supports dialplan number manipulation, for example like Bria phone.

Are you sure that you assigned the extension?
I can see that SIP username is 8112 in your case. So SIP phone can register fine. But! Did you assign the extension to this user? :)
What do you have in the extensions menu?
My phone model is: FIP11W.
You should configure the phone's Dial Rules.
