I'd really like to use Twillio's text-to-speech function, but unfortunately it works very poorly with German. Couldn't I just upload an audio file (.mp3) instead?

Install connect_elevenlabs module.
It uses Elevenlabs AI for IVR menu.
The quality is super. You don't need to record and upload audio files anymore.
