2.2 Payment Terms: Payment for software and services must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase. 

2.3 Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for any taxes, including VAT or sales taxes, and any other fees associated with the purchase.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Subscription Term: Subscriptions to our software and service tiers are for a term as specified at the time of purchase, with automatic renewal unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

3.2 Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date.

3.3 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will be charged for the usage of the software up to the date of cancellation. This amount must be paid in full. The cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be billed for any subsequent subscription periods.

4. Refunds and Credits

4.1 Refund Policy: As you get the full source code of our products we do not offer refunds for any purchases. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.

9.3 Accounting of Support Hours: We accurately track the hours spent on providing technical support using timesheets. These timesheets are available to customers in their personal portal page.

9.4 Customers are required to pay in full for all support and development services they utilize. This ensures accountability and transparency, with charges reflecting the actual services provided.

9.7 Quality of Service: We are committed to providing high-quality support services and have a team of experienced and certified engineers to assist our customers. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and successful experience with our software.
