How licensing works

Oduist OÜ sells software modules through in-app purchases with a one-time licensing fee per Odoo instance. Each module purchase is licensed exclusively for the specific Odoo instance from which the purchase was made.

We do not charge recurring fees for the use of the software. Subscriptions apply only to SLA technical support and partnership program participation.

Trial

Every module includes a complimentary 30-day trial with full functionality. When the trial expires, either purchase the license or remove the software.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting team@oduist.com. Upon processing a refund, the license to use the module is revoked.

Support

Work outside active SLA coverage is billed separately on a time-and-materials basis, with timesheets available on request. Support plans and prepaid Human Packs are described on the pricing page.

Liability

The software is provided on an "as is" basis. Oduist OÜ shall not be held liable for any indirect damages.

Governing law

All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
