It still cannot connect to Asterisk AMI.

Hello!

From the log you provided, it looks like the Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI) connection is not valid.

You need to specify the AMI connection details based on the Agent's Asterisk server, not Odoo.

The Agent is connecting directly to your Asterisk instance — not to Odoo — so you must update the AMI connection data in Odoo accordingly.

When the Agent connects to Asterisk, it also starts a built-in HTTPS server to receive commands from Odoo.
