After getting everything working between Twilio and Oduist Connect last Thursday, and with zero changes to any config, we're suddenly unable to receive calls on SIP phones, or dial extensions.

When checking the Twilio logs I see the following 403 response after dialing an extension:

<!doctype html>
<html lang=en>
<title>403 Forbidden</title>
<h1>Forbidden</h1>
<p>Uh-oh! Looks like you have stumbled upon some top-secret records.<br><br>Sorry, Connect (id=14) doesn&#39;t have &#39;read&#39; access to:<br>- Contact (res.partner)<br><br>If you really, really need access, perhaps you can win over your friendly administrator with a batch of freshly baked cookies.</p>

We're also getting constant XML validation errors from Twilio, stating The value 'Woman' of attribute 'voice' on element 'Say' is not valid with respect to its type, 'voiceType'.

Hi Daniel.
I don't think that it just stopped working without any changes.
If this that can only mean Twilio API change but I doubt it.
Regarding res.partner access for connect user.
You showed only Twilio log but what about Odoo log at the same time?

Hi Max,

Thanks so much for getting back to me. Odoo simply logs the call as successfully completed even when the voice attendant and Twilio state that "An application error has occurred. Goodbye."

Can you help me find more verbose logs so we can troubleshoot further?

Kind Regards,

DJ

Hi Daniel.
> Odoo simply logs the call as successfully completed
I mean Odoo error log, in /var/log/odoo/odoo.log or where it is in your system...
