I am not able to get the transcription working.
I inserted my api token in the settings under odoo/connect.settings/ but on OpenAI platform it shows that this api token has never been used.
Even when I open a particular call and click on transcribe nothing happens.
Is this update also rolled out for V18 as I have the same issue

I'm using V18CE. I do not see conversations being transcribed - same issue described above.
The version of oduist-connect displayed in the backend is 1.0.10

This forum is created for the community to support each other :) But the community is not yet created.
We are an open source company so support is the only way to get back for what we give.
I assume that means "no it has not been updated"
The bug mentioned in this post is fixed in all connect versions.
You can see it yourself in the source code :)
