I am receiving an error when trying to activate the SIP PHONE setting in Connect > Voice > Users > User Record

The usernames I am using are the Account SIDs found in Twilio


The error states: Validation Error HTTP 400 error: Unable to create record: Username cannot be more than 32 chars (the Account SIDs in Twilio are 34 charcters)


All other calling features function fine with SIP PHONE turned off. Any ideas?

No, they are not SIDs.  They are just normal words like admin, max, just SIP auth username that you will enter your your SIP phone account. 

You don't use Twilio console to manage SIP users. It's done through Odoo. Currently you do everything from Odoo except buying a number and configuring a BYOC.
