I'm using PBX addons on odoo 17 and Asterisk 13 , The webrtc phone call disconnect after 60 seconds in inbound calls only , this issue not happened during outbound calls  !

 


is there any suggestions

Hi!
I think the best place to look is Asterisk log.
Connect the CLI: asterisk -vvvvvvncr 
and trace the call.
Also install sngrep and also trace the call.
You will find the disconnect reason there.
P.S. My idea is that it comes from the provider.
