We're currently facing an issue where PBX call recordings are no longer appearing in Odoo. They were displaying correctly before our PBX server crashed.
After the crash, we set up a new PBX server and updated the default recording path. We also made the necessary changes in the Docker file, just as we had done previously. However, even after ensuring the same configuration, the recordings are still not visible in Odoo.
The recordings are available in the FreePBX CDR reports, which confirms that the recording functionality is working as expected.
We’ve verified that the recording path in the PBX server matches the one configured in Odoo. Despite this, the issue persists.
I've attached screenshots for your reference. Your expert advice on where the misconfiguration might be would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! What is in the docker agent log during the end of the call? Is there any message regarding the recording ?
