Installation and onboarding

What is included in the price:

• Remote sessions with screen sharing and remote control to speed up installation process. 
• • Odoo modules installation assistance.
  • Twilio / Elevenlabs / OpenAI account registration assistance.
• Test calls between users and AI Agent.
• Assistance on Bring Your Own Carrier configuration (BYOC).
• Onboarding session with screen recording and explanations of every menu item in the installed Connect modules.
• The service will be delivered within a maximum of one week from the start date and includes up to 3 hours of remote sessions. 
• The project is considered completed once the agreed target goal is reached, even if the allocated time has not been fully consumed. 
• Any unused time may be applied for additional support within the same 1-week period. In all cases, the project is deemed fully closed 7 calendar days after the start date.
• If the included 3 hours are fully consumed, any additional support must be purchased separately, either on an hourly basis or through a Success Pack.
