As we grow, we need a dedicated professional to create, manage, and optimize our knowledge base and technical documentation.
What to do
- Develop and maintain internal and external documentation, including admin and user guides, FAQs.
- Organize and structure knowledge bases, ensuring information is easily searchable and up to date.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and customer support teams to gather, document, and clarify technical details.
- Continuously improve documentation quality through user feedback, analytics, and iterative updates.
What we expect
- Experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or documentation (especially for SaaS, VoIP, or Open Source products is a plus
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation.
- Good English writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate remotely with a global team.
