Customer Memory arrives, and calls reach the rest of Odoo

Customer Memory comes across to the new platform. Odoo still never calls the memory engine itself: it writes neutral domain events into an outbox table, and an external service pulls them, loads them into the brain, and writes answers back into an inbox. connect_memory_sale rides on top, feeding sale orders, invoices, payments and an hourly payment-behaviour digest into the same pipeline.

Four more bridges ship in the same wave, each linking the shared call ledger to a business record: invoices, sale orders, employees and project tasks. Like the CRM and Helpdesk bridges before them, they extend only the ledger, so they work over whichever provider carried the call.
