Infobip, Bird, and phones that keep office hours

Two providers land in one day. connect_infobip brings the event-driven Calls API, the Infobip RTC browser phone, SMS and WhatsApp; connect_bird brings SMS and WhatsApp templates over Bird.com with callback click-to-call. Bird arrives alongside a messaging dispatcher in the core, so the composer stays the same no matter which carrier delivers.

Inbound numbers gain working schedules, so a DID can answer differently outside office hours without a hand-written dialplan. The FreeSWITCH firewall service learns IPv6, per-user TTS prompts gain a language and a voice, and the softphone gets recording controls on both Twilio and FreeSWITCH. Two runbooks ship with them: customer onboarding, and SIP trunk password rotation.
