Recordings on S3, calmer screens, and a Do Not Record group

The recording subsystem grew up: recordings can now live in your own S3 bucket, with IAM policy generation and Twilio credential rotation handled for you. A new Do Not Record group gives per-user recording control, and calls carry live status tracking and activity flags.

The same release removes the auto-reload behavior that refreshed open views whenever a call or transcription changed. Helpful in a demo, hostile in real work: it could interrupt edits mid-keystroke. Notifications still arrive through personal bus channels, but your screen is yours.
