Self-hosted voice: Piper TTS, language selection, hold music

IVR menus and voicemail prompts now speak from inside your own infrastructure: Piper text-to-speech is embedded in the FreeSWITCH image, with an extended voice bundle and per-callflow language selection. No cloud TTS account, no per-prompt fees, no audio leaving your network.

Music-on-hold ships out of the box via mod_local_stream, IVR DTMF menus were fixed up, TLS certificates are pulled automatically from the Traefik proxy already fronting Odoo, and outgoing caller ID is honored on external PSTN calls, including those originated from desk phones.
