Parking with BLF lamps, FIFO queues with hold music

The FreeSWITCH backend grows its first headline features. Call parking is modeled as Odoo records (slots 701 through 706 by default): hardware SIP phones see the slots as BLF lamps that light up when occupied, and the browser phone gets a Parking tab with caller names and one-click pick-up.

Call queues arrive on mod_fifo: callers hold with music while the queue rings available agents, with timeout fallback to voicemail. NAT handling for SIP phones behind home routers ships in the same wave, along with a migration path from the monolithic Connect to the new core + Twilio split.
