PBX Groups: shared call history for teams

Sales sees sales calls, support sees support calls. PBX Groups let you group users so call history is shared within the team while record rules keep the rest private. Partner matching by phone number was also tightened to use sanitized numbers, so callers map to the right contact more reliably.
