Voice agents get a knowledge base

A new module, connect_elevenlabs_knowledge, lets voice agents answer from your documents instead of the open internet. Upload files (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, plain text), point at URLs, or paste text; documents sync to ElevenLabs and attach to the agents you choose.

The same release migrated agent transfer tools and tightened the webhook controllers that let agents act inside Odoo.
