Connect NG: the unification begins

A new repository opens with a big ambition: merge everything learned from five years of Asterisk Plus and Connect into one universal telephony platform, and add FreeSWITCH as a first-class backend alongside Twilio.

The first commit is the FreeSWITCH integration taking shape. The architecture that follows (a technology-agnostic core with provider modules) becomes the defining idea of the product.
