Smarter outbound: dial rules and one-click originate

December was about getting calls out the door correctly. Outgoing call rules learned number manipulation: add a prefix, trim leading digits, and route through the right carrier for complex international setups.

A new originate-to wizard joins it: pick a partner, pick an extension, and Connect places the call and bridges them. Useful for assistants who set up calls for other people.
