Under the hood: SDK refresh and sturdier call accounting

A reliability month. The browser phone moved to Twilio Web SDK 2.16, call records now finalize only when every channel of the call has actually ended (no more phantom durations on transfers), and WhatsApp delivery status callbacks were fixed across versions.
