WhatsApp grows up: senders, templates, composer

WhatsApp in Connect went from “messages arrive” to a managed channel. The release adds a WhatsApp sender model that syncs with Twilio, approval-based content templates through the Content API, and a full composer wizard with media rendering, variable substitution, and per-number configuration.
