Connect runs on Odoo 19

A multi-stage port brings Connect to Odoo 19 with full feature parity against the 18.0 branch: unified call models, the new constraint syntax Odoo 19 requires, and every model file synchronized. Configurable call duration limits for external calls arrived in the same push.

Supporting a new Odoo major within weeks of its release is the kind of work nobody notices unless it does not happen.
