Messaging grows into a first-class citizen

SMS stops being a side feature. The rebuilt messaging integration adds per-number message configuration, logs conversations into the chatter of the right record, and lets you reply to an SMS from where you read it. Duplicate-message bugs were fixed and outgoing messages now use the configured caller ID.
