Registration polished for Odoo 18

The registration flow was refactored for Odoo 18 with cleaner UX, and call group voicemail prompt widgets were fixed to behave identically across every supported Odoo version. The multi-version discipline (branches from 15.0 up) is half the work and most of the value.
