A leaner, webhook-centric core

The standalone product’s first big month of shaping: the transcription engine was ported into the new codebase, the inherited billing subsystem was removed, and the architecture settled on its defining pattern, where Twilio webhooks drive everything and Odoo is the single source of truth.
