OdooPBX becomes Asterisk Plus 4.0

Three and a half years after the first OdooPBX commit, the project changed its name, not its soul. The 4.0 release rebranded all fourteen modules from OdooPBX to Oduist in one 66-file commit, and the code continued in its new home at github.com/oduist/pbx_addons.

Everything that defines Asterisk Plus today (call management, recordings, the WebRTC phone, ring groups, supervision, CRM and business integrations, Yeastar and Grandstream provisioning) carried over directly from the OdooPBX years. The version number says 4.0; the git history says day one was October 2021.
