OpenAI transcription moves into the agent

The transcription pipeline that began with release 2.1 in 2023 got its modern engine: the agent now transcribes call recordings through OpenAI directly. The helpdesk module was folded back into the main repository the same week, as the codebase tidied itself for the handover to its new name.
