3.3: Yeastar hardware joins the family

Release 3.3 added the registration framework, activity tracking for call groups, and a brand new module integrating Yeastar PBX hardware with user sync and recording support. Grandstream UCM support followed in July, completing the hardware story Asterisk Plus ships today.
