Ring groups land, FastAGI in the agent

Two foundations in one month. Release 3.2 introduced the call group module: ring groups with shared lines and missed-call tracking, the feature set that today includes fallback groups and per-group voicemail prompts. In the agent layer, FastAGI support unlocked dynamic dialplan scripting without leaning on AMI for everything.
