A summer of softphone polish

From mid-August to early September the browser phone got a sustained polish sprint: call history views, keypad suggestions while typing, favorites management, contact hover cards, and transcript and summary display right in the phone panel. The kind of month that does not produce a single headline feature and still changes how the product feels every day.
