OdooPBX 3.0: the great cleanup

Version 3.0 was the release where the project shed its early skin: legacy SaltStack deployment code, old subscription models, and compatibility shims were removed, and the controller architecture was unified. Multi-company support landed, and a new WebRTC phone module (the direct ancestor of today’s softphone) had shipped a month earlier.

Less code, more product. The 3.x line carried OdooPBX through the next year and a half.
