The browser phone, rebuilt as a module

The browser softphone was rebuilt from scratch as its own module: full dialpad, favorites, call history, and audio notifications on a JsSIP core. This is the direct ancestor of the WebRTC phone that Asterisk Plus ships today, and the UI sprint that followed through the summer polished its history, keypad suggestions, and contact cards.
