Hardware phones join the party

A new phonebook module synced Odoo contacts to the desk phones people actually had on their desks: Yealink, Polycom, Panasonic, Grandstream, Cisco, and more, each with its own phonebook XML format. Together with SIP auto-provisioning for new employees, the office phone fleet became something Odoo manages rather than something IT suffers.
