Unknown callers become contacts, automatically

A call from an unknown number can now create the contact by itself, with configurable rules for when that should happen. Nobody retypes a phone number off a sticky note again. This small feature became one of the product line’s most-loved behaviors and lives on in both Asterisk Plus and Connect.
