From one module to an ecosystem

January 2022 reshaped the project. The monolithic module became a family: dedicated addons for HR, Projects, Sales, and CRM appeared within two weeks of each other, with automatic lead creation from calls in the CRM module.

The same month brought the first browser softphone (a JsSIP-based WebRTC web phone) and the move to an open-source license. Open code as a trust signal has been part of this product line ever since.
